They can accompany all kinds of dishes and can be eaten at any time of day: as an appetizer, for a light snack or to accompany a main course or during a wine tasting session.
The wholemeal bread sticks conserve all the parts of the wheat grain and contain more bran, therefore fibre, protein and mineral salts. They have a stronger, tastier flavour and a more rustic appearance than the version with rice oil. They are also good with full bodied wines and tasty dishes.
